please tell me what are the forms to be filed with roc after incorporation of a private limitedi company and time limit for the same along with procedure

1. With in 15 days of ist board meeting(to be held not later than 30 days of incorporation) e-flie form ADT1.
2. With in 180 days of incorporation e-form INC- 21 has to be filed.

After incorporation:
1. conduct first board meeting,Appoint auditors,Let the directors disclose their interests in other firms/companies in MBP-1 and accordingly file by the company MGT-14, pass a resolution for Bank a/c opening, Get Common Seal etc.
2. Apply for PAN
3.Open a Bank account in the name of company
4. Deposit the subscription amount by subscribers in such Bank account which is to be received from them by Cheque.
5. File INC-21 to get commencement of business.
6. Issue share certificates to the subscribers under common seal.
