After declare of loan as npa.,, do bank charges interest ??

30 June 2016 Sir i have taken education loan in the year 2008. Till now i have not paid a single installment because of financial problem and i have no work also. As per RBI guidelines no payment of installment 90 days account declare NPA. but they declare npa after 2 years. So that i was 2 lakhs more interest. Can i take any action againt them ??? So sir can you clear my doubt kindly is there any charge on account after NPA ?? they are telling after my account declare npa will have no interest but at the time of payment we have to pay prinicipal plus interest amount till that date. Is it true ??? Kindly i am waiting your reply...

30 June 2016 no, bank not charges the intt. in its books. but they can collect the intt from you.

30 June 2016 sir, RBI instruction to bank for handling there do to do activity. for that they make instruction then if loan intt not recd, why are you taking the intt. this is for bank and RBI. but in between you and bank will decide by the RBI and bank management not only RBI decide.

30 June 2016 Sir i am from poor family background. Mera accnt 2014 mai NPA hojana chahiye. Par bank mera loan account ko 2016 mai npa declare kiya. Isiliye mera 2 lakhs extra intt padega. Bank against mai claim karsakta hun kya ??sir please reply...
