13 January 2010 What are the documents which are executed/issued by the company, where common seal must be affixed?????
should the common seal be affixed in the land documents purchased by the company?????

15 January 2010 Common seal should be affixed as the rules laid down by articles of association. However one of the most common document bearing common seal is share certificate.

Bank may also require afixation on the execution documents. So there is no fix list of docs and it depends on case to case basis.
