MCA has raised a query that "person who is giving noc for the said premises has signed in hindi, ask her to give an affidavit for the same"

I, Jyoti ..... D/o, Shri R/o ....., New Delhi: 110021 do solemnly and sincerely declare that :
1. I am one of the promoter/proposed Director of ...... PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. That know both language English and Hindi and can read and write both of them.
3. That despite knowing English I sign in Hindi
4. I have subscribed my particulars in Memorandum and Articles of Association in English and signed in
Hindi.

5. That I make this solemn declaration continuously believing the same to be true and nothing has been concealed.
