11 May 2011 Affidavit and Indemnity bond is not required for filing e-form 61 to change the company's status from dormant to active in the MCA master data.

11 May 2011 The form 61 we submitted was sent for resubmission with the remarks 'Ask for a Notarised affidavit that the statutory documents will be filed, . can any one please provide the format of affidavit /
