23 June 2010 You may determine the stamp value as per the respective state stamp act/rules.

23 June 2010 Dear Sir,

The company registrered in TAMIL NADU..
and The EES 2010 have not mentioned anything about the value of stamp paper...Shall i take the Value of stamp paper as normal winding up of a company..

23 June 2010 You may choose the stamp value for "affidavit" prescribed in the Tamil Nadu stamp act/rules. It was Rs.20/- in the year 2006 and whether amended since then may be checked.
