12 December 2014 DECLARATION U/s. 13(1)(d) OF THE INCOME TAX ACT,1961

I, Anonymous, aged about 29 years residing at No.1,CAClubindia Apartment,Rohtak Road, New Delhi-1100005 solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-

THAT I am the Managing trustees of a trust viz., ANONYMOUS TRUST with its office at No.1, CAClubindia Apartment,Rohtak Road, New Delhi-1100005.

THAT I know the facts of the following declaration and I am competent to make this declaration.

THAT no funds of the trust are invested or deposited otherwise than in any one or more of the forms or mode specified in sub section (5) of section 11 and,

THAT the trust is not holding any shares in companies as defined by the Companies Act,2013.

THAT the trust in future also will not invest or deposit its fund in the shares of companies or will not invest its funds in securities other than those specified in sub section (5) of section 11 of the Income tax Act,1961.

THAT the above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

"A Certificate from the Managing Trustee that there is no change in the objectives or activities of the Trust. In case there has been any change in objectives/ activities that may be pointed out".
