27 August 2012 My gross for 2011-12 is 9.5 Lakhs and this year the reversal charge mechanisim is there whether I should get myself registered?

28 August 2012 Individual advocate or partnership firm of advocates are not liable to pay service tax as per the negative list, and hence there is no need for registration. Notn no.30/2012-ST dt 20.06.12
