Clubbing provision will not be attracted , as salary received by the wife having professional qualification ,from the law firm .

02 August 2010 Yes, if Advocate Husband has employed his wife as employee for providing services and she has professional qualification. Hence Husband will be eligible for deduction of expenses of salary paid to his wife.
and both are taxable seprately , no clubbing provision will be apply here.
