We have hire Advocate for Professional advise received the bill of Rs.30100/- from advocate.
(1) We are elgible to deduct TDS on RS.30100/-
(2) RCM is applicable or note

18 July 2020 RCM will be applicable. Notification No. 10-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 (read with corrigendum dated 25.09.2017. TDS under section 194J also applicable as the amount is exceeding Rs.30,000/-
