Who has to collect service tax as per latest amendments. Advocate or Client?

Legal Consultancy Services including Arbitral Services are subject to Reverse Charge Mechanism. Hence the client is liable to pay Service Tax direct to the Government and the Advocate is not liable for collecting the same from the client and depositing the same with the Government.
