10 October 2012 Can emption be claimed as per tax sheet where employer has not provided Form No. 16 as this Company has gone sick please quote authority of supreme Court & High Court.

10 October 2012 If you are talking about exemption for TDS then TDS credit is available only if the employer has filed TDS Return for the employee.
