Iam a ipcc group 1 student and going to appear for nov attempt. I am very much nervous about law,ethics and communication paper paper.please can anyone suggest me what type of question can can asked under new companies act 2013.whether it ask me definition,comparision between old and new law,or what

Only basic questions is expected to be asked. Only 53 sections are applicable. Companies Act 2013 applicable for 1st time. So advisable to refer only study MAT of the Institute and Supplementary Study Material. Also study RTP when they are issued.

can i refer past question given in munish bhandar book (i have old edition book) having

That will help you to prepare for questions from Companies Act 1956. But it will be much better if you can arrange new edition book.
