Hello. This is avdhut raut.i want to start academic coaching centre for students from 1st standard up to graduate with multiple branches in nearby small towns in satara district of Maharashtra. Plz let me know the legal process to follow including registration and taxation.

If your starting in your personal name or sole proprietorship firm than no need of any registration at this stage. Once your receipts cross Rs. 20 lacs than you need to take GST registration. If you start as partnership firm, you need to get prepared a deed. if LLP or company than there is registration under LLP Act/Companies Act. You should apply for PAN card as same is basic requirement. open bank account & start your business. You can take registration as MSME at this link https://udyamregistration.gov.in/, this is totally free and need not to pay anything to anyone. Thanks
