Can CA make advertisement through Handbill, if not then what we take action against CA who make advertisement through this way.Please

A CA cannot advertise through handbills. He has to follow the guidelines given by ICAI, if not any person can inform the same to the council for necessary action. The council will verify the same and give direction to the person not to do the same and if it is reapeated again and again the institute will take action against the member.
