Please tell me what is the procedure to get refund of Advance Tax (TDS).
If a person have not received refund of tax for last four years, how he can get it?

By filing the ITR, you can get the refurnd.

please contact the concerned assesing officer (for manual return filing) or CPC Bangaluru through e mail / call centre. (For CPC our patience really TESTED by these call centres. Bear with that.)
