I am 73 Years old. I need to pay About 6 Lakhs as Caital Gains Tax. Do I have to pay Advanxce Tax Or can I pay one single payment before March 2018?

No advance tax is payable by Senior Citizen if he does not have any income from PGBP, in your case you are not required to pay advance tax if you don't have any income from business or profession

The senior citizen does not earn any income that can be charged under the heading - Profits and gains of business or profession, so advance tax not applicable.
