Dear experts,
I am salaried exployee and i have taken Rs. 1 lacs advance salary from my employer due to this advance my salary is being exceed the exemption limit plz clarify in this cases can avail relief u/s 89(1) or not..

no. no such relief available for advance salary....89(1) is for arrears...
