A benificial view of section applicable to a company is taken. Company however pays tax according to non-benficial view but claims refund in return , according to beneficial view of that section.

What is the impact of above method? Does such method usual? Whether it anyway weakens the refund claim of company?

11 June 2011 In case advance tax is paid by the company
as I think there will be not much impact in taking any view, but while you pay tax on Self Assessment the department is clever enough to realise the intentions and may take a revenue beneficial view.
