19 March 2025 Advance of 100% for the sale note of a house property paid in 2006 but the project got stalled and completed in 2025 and cost escalations were paid and agreement registered. Will section 194(1A) be applicable to the advance paid in 2006 which got adjusted while paying the final agreement value
