By mistake i have paid our current telephone bill in 2 times,

now which entry i will pass in tally.

please advice

Otherwise you can pass -
Telephone expense payable A/c Dr
To Bank/Cash
Note - In this case your payable A/c will reflect the debit balance which you can adjust with Telephone Expense in the next month

20 June 2015 you can pass this entry. You have to pass entry as usual. It shows Debit balance and then at the time of entering new bill entry it will automatically adjusted.
