If any employee taking advance amount for a particular purpose, then what are the important/essential supportings required.

1) Application to the employer
2) Proper authorisation for the release of advance as per the table of authority
3)Compliance with the internal policies of the employer towards such advance and recovery of the same from salary payments in future.
