18 September 2012 1. company had paid advance to staff, but due to death of the person or they are leaving the organisation, company not in position to collect it..

what to do with it?

2. there are so many loans and advances given by the company but not receivable... so what to do with this also?

19 September 2012 Write off all such amounts so as to reflect correct position of accounts. Ask for confirmation by management regarding collectibilty of such loans & advances.
