26 December 2016 Is this mandatory to file ADT-1 for appointment of First auditor and INC-21 for commencement of business for private ltd company after incorporation with ROC ? Paid up capital is rs. 100,000/-

03 January 2017 No..Form ADT-1 is not required for appointment of first auditor. Certificate of Obtaining Commencement Certificate is omitted now. Hence no need to file Form INC-21 as well.
