Dear Sir,
As per Company's ACT 2013 the responsibility to file ADT-1 by the company.But my doubt is ADT-1 is filed in Auditor's MCA login or Company MCA login ID.IF it is upload in Auditor's MCA login ID what are the consequences as per the Company's act 2013.

If the statutory auditor is a "Certified Filing Center" of MCA, then any consequences.
