Hi,
I want to register under GST. I'm using my own place for my LLP Office. There is two partners in the LLP firm. Is property tax receipt in my name is allowed as address proof in GST registration ?
Pls suggest me. Thanks in advance.

In my view it is not allowed
Documents required for obtaining new GST registration for LLP are
Copy of address proof of registered office;
Electricity bill, water bill, landline bill etc.;
Copy of legal ownership document or municipal khata copy (in case of owned premises)
Rent agreement and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner of the premises (in case of rented premises).
