03 May 2013 individual is residing in one state and his business is take care by other in another state. pan address is in his residing address. whether should we file IT return jurisdiction relates to his resi address as in pan card or place of business? plze answer in immediate,. what is the case for other i.e, firm, coy,

05 May 2013 If individual is carrying the business either of the address can do. But better to change it to business place for any communication like Notice, Intimation from department in future. In cases of Firm , company , LLPs it is mandatory to provide the address of Place of Business as Individual is distinct person from Firms, Cos. and LLPs.
