Additional director not to be regularized

21 December 2016 a small pvt.ltd. company..

in nov 2015,additional director was appointed
but since july 2016, existing directors had a fight with her dont want her anymore.
in agm 2016, company directors did not mention her in form mgt7
in aoc4, company stated in director's report she is not to be regularized.
now, do we have to file form dir12 to show she is vacated?
or did we have to write in mgt7 and revise mgt7?

22 December 2016 Firstly, you can not modify Form MGT-7 once it is uploaded and filed. Considering your case, you should file Form DIR-12 for cessation of her office.
