Additional depreciation for Wind farm

Additional Depeciation is allowed for all Plant & machinery u.s.32. But it is argued that Wind Farms are not eligible for Additional Depreciation because they are not engaged in manufacture of an article or thing.
Kindly enlighten me on this matter with case law if any.

Normal depreciation is 80%. Additional is 20%. It manufactures electricity.

Additional Depreciation can be claimed on wind farms @ 20% because it generates/manufactures electricity.At present I don`t have any case law exactly on this issue.
