Addition of Non - resident as partner in existing LLP

We are willing to add non resident partner in existing LLP.

What all the documents are required for non-resident partner? Only Passport and Residential address proof are to be Apostilled ?

And, how LLP agreement is executed in such cases ?

16 December 2020 Following are list of documents required by Foreign / NRI to become Partner in LLP.
1.Self Certified Passport ( Apostille and Notarized )
2. Self Attested Residential Address Proof ( ( Apostille and Notarized )
3. Passport Size Photo
4. Valid Mobile Number
5. Valid Email ID
6. Digital Signature

Following are conditions to become partner in Limited Liability Partnership
1. Only Resident Individual can be appointed as Designated Partner in LLP.
2. The Person Must have Valid DIN Number
3. DIR 3 KYC is completed

LLP agreement need to be executed per with terms and conditions for appointment of partner in LLP.
