Addition of another proprietary concern

My query is that does a proprietor having service tax registration number have to apply for new service tax number if he starts a new proprietary concern in which same services are provided which were provided in the on going concern.
Or the above case just need ammendment in form ST2?

Thank You for the reply sir. But, service tax number is based on the PAN and as the proprietor are same of both the firm the service tax number should be same.And ammendment to ST2 can do by just adding one service as written in the service tax rules for registration and its ammendments.Kindly Reply..
