If a private limited company registered in service tax and company appoints new directors, after registered in service tax, than is their any condition to intimate to service tax department, if yes than st-1 will be amended or just a intimation will be given by company

If your company have received ST 2 then no requirement to inform Service Tax regarding change in director.

Dear Harish Ji,
The Company is already registered under service tax in month of May 2013, but appointed two new directors after obtaining ST-2, So kindly confirm that any intimation or amendment in st-1 is required here.
