I have registered an pvt ltd company under the name of XYZ Solutions Pvt Ltd for doing bpo & software operations.
But now I am interested to market an electronic product in the same company. Is it possible to do so? kindly requesting you to give me your expert suggestions.

22 May 2014 Yes. It is very much possible. But before that kindly ensure that the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association are amended to include marketing as an business line of the company.
