Dear Experts,
Our company is buying the employees and Business orders from another company. The consideration payable for this is Rs. 1.5 crores in the next FY.
Kindly let me know the accounting entry for this transactions.
Is the consideration amount to be charges to P & L account.

then they shall become your companys employee and on your payroll u need to mention them and cal normal salary as decided by your co management
