27 November 2009 I have filed income tax return as on 26/09/09 and ITR-V sent to Banglore as per requirement of law as on 05.10.09. After one month i checked from Banglore abt the satus for the same they said that it was rejected due to missing of signature. Now, on 07.11.09 we sent another ITR-V with due care of signature. But till 26.11.09 they did not receieve acknowlegement.Again on 26.11.09 we sent one more ITR-V. What we can do in this case?

27 November 2009 What about the status of the ITR V send on 07/11/2009. Did u check the 'e-filing processing status' through www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. If u have done so, and a -ve result is obtained, then the ITR V filed on 26/11/2009 also will not help u because it is barred by time. If that be the situation ,file the return afresh and keep all -ve results documented for evidence to produce before the assessing officer at the oppurtunity giving to u for the show cause notice proposing
penalty u/s 271B.

28 November 2009 But the acknowlegement are being sent by ordinary post.There is no proof for that.

28 November 2009 I mean the e-filing processing status u obtained while viewing the site may be downloaded and kept as a record.
