27 November 2014 hi i want to know i have filled ITR for F.Y. 2013-14 on 19th July 2014 but i have forgot to send ITR acknowledgement to Income tax Bangaluru, now i am receiving msg from department. 120 days gone what can i do.
if i send now they will accept.

It is only advisory notices
In Income Tax act and relevant rules, there is no legal compulsory for assessee to submit within 120 days.

You may also now submit the same by speed post.
