ACK V & Refund

06 August 2010 1.I submitted a IT return on 2nd Aug.,2010 and could not download ACK V
by using password in small letters i.e. PAN & DOB
like adlgp5866f14091944. message is coming 'please check caps are not
locked' What is to be done?

2. If refund is not coming even after contacting Banglore will it serve any purpose by viviting Banglore?

06 August 2010 1) It should not happen please try again by mentioning correct PAN & DOB with caps lock off.
2) Your 2nd question is not quite clear please redraft again.

06 August 2010 1. Trying since last 3 days but could not download. Wrote to ask@ nw delhi Jhandewalan but not getting any reply.

2. A return was filed for 2009-10 on 19.9.2009 with refund due of Rs. 3.39 lacs. Refund status shows " your assessing officer has not sent this refund to refund banker". Now the wants to send somebody to Banglore to pursue the refund. Will it be of any help?

06 August 2010 about your ITR V ack.. first download fresh ITR V then try it there is no otherway. and about your IT Refund for the A.Y 09-10. don't loose your heart. Refund order are in process and you have to wait for it...ok...

06 August 2010 1. Check the date of birth on the PAN and mention the same on the password to open. Sometimes wrong dob is also mentioned on the PAN. So please check. It will open.

2. Refund usually takes one year to process. So be patient.

If efiling was done then processing will be done at Bangalore not otherwise. If efiling not done then contact your local ward officer.
