can u tell me whether a govt.company is required to attach the consolidated accounts of its JV?

Joint venture and subsidiary are two different categories under law.
If the company is having subsidiary then it has to consolidate the accounts.
If the company is having JV then the company has to report the details as per AS27 Financial reporting of inerests in Joint venture.
If the company is having subsidiary then it has to consolidate the accounts.
If the company is having JV then the company has to report the details as per AS27 Financial reporting of inerests in Joint venture.
