i am working as accounts manager, i have total experiance 8 years. my qualification is b.com. iam getting salary 35k for month.
i need grouth my careen and what i need to study for higer postion.

I will suggest you to do CMA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India for better prospects. You will also get exemption from training requirements based on your experience.
