Transportation charges & Freight charges one of the same meaning.
Clearing & forwarding is the charges for material cleared at port and give to the material owner,this is charges for assist to clear the formalites in Customs and other auothority

but still many of the companies show both the heads in Profit and loss A/c, why is it so can u clear me out.

This is need to be considered as Direct Expenses.But treating as Profit & loss a/c based on company accouting policy.
