12 June 2018 Dear Sir,
I took gst registration in aug17. Before registration I was unregistered dealer. Now, I am making trading and P& l account and balance sheet. In trading accounts,can I consider total turnover and purchase including sale and purchase during being unregistered i.e April17 to july17.?

12 June 2018 Yes... You must consider Your all Purchase and Sales before GST & After GST (01/04/2017 to 31/03/2018)

12 June 2018 Dear Sir
I am registered dealer under work contract. But now, I start new business in supply of vehicle for hire to tea garden for goods transportation . In this case , do I take fresh registration for that or existing registration is enough .
