Dear Sir,
My friend has insurance commission receipts of RS.135,000/-
and expenses inured for that purpose is Rs.17,000/-
1) Whether books of account required to maintain.
2) And also explain in detail the above provision

No need to maintain accounts.
Also commission is more than Rs.60000/- then no ad hoc deduction available. Claim actual expenses.
