23 May 2016 you can show balance sheet and in schedule you have to show subscribered capital like 10000000 share are subscribed Rs. 1.... each and paid up capital 1........@ rs....... each

24 May 2016 sir there is problem that our authorished share capital is 1 lakh and our paid up and subscribed capital is also one lakh. But we don't have deposited money into our bank account for our subscription and we are having current balance rs.10000/-

25 May 2016 there is no problem, may possbile you have spent for business work exp, or purchase of goods. there is no problem, you capital is show on memorandum. all small company have the same situation.

26 May 2016 Sir what if we hv not spended money via bank account and even we hv deposited money into bank 10000 thousand and stillhving d same amt. So now hw to go for balance sheet
