20 June 2014 I have a debit card which i use it like a prepaid card for paying bills so should i classify it in current assets? under debtors?

20 June 2014 No, U must show it under general expenses. Can u elaborate that what type of expenses u r paying?

20 June 2014 r u talking about expense or credit card...

if for expense then u should expense it in proper accounting head

but i think u talking about card.. if so please tell.......

20 June 2014 i am talking about the card, expenses i have already posted under respective heads. I use that card as a prepaid card

its been inculded in your bank a/c na

the amount in card is same as in your bank i think so... so it will b a part of your bank a/c

20 June 2014 U can create a new ledger named Credit Card Expenses(under Indirect Expenses).
