08 May 2014 I Joined a new organisation recently and took up charge as sr.accountant. The books of accounts of organisation contains a large quantum of non moving balances or NPA. There are 3 people already working as sr.accountants since last 4 years. Out of them 1 Sr.accountant gets so much frieghtened, shivers, fears and shakes as soon as I get in the office at 9.30 am. This person draws huge salary.

What should I do whether I approach the director and tell the fact or resign from the job.
