plz tell me difference between invoice & voucher

Invoice refers to bill. Where all details respect to goods invoiced, rate, value, applicable taxes, terms and conditions, Tax details such as TIN,ECC,PAN, ST will be mentioned. Invoice may be Purchase bill, Sales Bill etc
Voucher where Dr and Cr details with narration, date, details of particular, prepared by, authorised by, received by details will be mentioned. It may be journal voucher or CASH voucher.
