suppose telephone bill date is 07.01.2016
but received in post on 15.01.2016
when it should be accounted in Tally?
Whether on 7.01.2016 or on 15.1.2016
but received in post on 15.01.2016
when it should be accounted in Tally?
Whether on 7.01.2016 or on 15.1.2016

The month is same, so can book it at any date(better if do on telephone bill date). U can take Cenvat Credit for Service Tax for that bill.
