Accounting entry required

07 December 2012 Dear All,
I need a accounting entry, telephone bill in the name of company A,and the bill payment made by company B,note that A company is a proprietorship & B Company is a Company.
B company is using this telephone line & owner is same person.

Is there any problem if accounting entry goes on in this system until the changing the name or address of this telephone.

07 December 2012 You can debit the same to telephone charges. Take a letter on record stating the said arrangement of payment by B and all that.

07 December 2012 That is what i narrated. Book the expenses in the books of B i.e. company and take a letter from that individual.....
