Drawings under Capital account...
But, No need separate Ledger for drawings. You can enter in Current (under capital) Account head....

You can capitalize the Insurance at the time of Purchase of Car...
After that You will be book it under Vehicle Maintenance account under Indirect Expenses.
After that You will be book it under Vehicle Maintenance account under Indirect Expenses.

Yes... You can book the "Car Insurance" under indirect expenses as Vehicle Maintenance.
