28 July 2018 Drawings under Capital account... But, No need separate Ledger for drawings. You can enter in Current (under capital) Account head....

31 July 2018 You can capitalize the Insurance at the time of Purchase of Car...

After that You will be book it under Vehicle Maintenance account under Indirect Expenses.
