An auditor was a director of a co-op. bank during the year 2008-09. Now he has resigned from the post. Can he accept the audit of the said bank for the year 2008-09 after resigning from the post?.

Yes he can accept the audit of the said bank for the year 2008-09 after resigning from the post.
As soon as he resignes from the post disqualification caused by section 226(3)(b) removed.
